Summary: | "The work teams within the academic fields are not uniform. Diversity is found on the part of the members of the work teams. This research focuses on cognitive diversity for performing tasks effectively. For this, the effects of knowledge transfer, trust in the team and the development of different tasks in a work team with different levels of diversity and cognitive skills should be evaluated. This research focused on students from the University of the Andes who have a scholarship and those who do not have one, and who perform activities in academic work teams in research projects in courses of fundamentals of engineering. Based on the results obtained and the variables evaluated in the process of accomplishing the tasks, a strategy is created for the formation of diverse and effective work teams in an organization." -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado. |
