Summary:With this research project, it is intended to strengthen the development of the reading literacy competence of the seventh grade students of the Industrial Technical Institute of Fusagasugá through the implementation of two didactic strategies titled: "Creating my autobiography" and "My World with mom ", which were built taking into account the interests and tastes of the students. The problem that we could detect in this research is related to the wrong way in which we orientated the strengthening of the literacy process in our classrooms. Taking this situation into account in the course of this research exercise, we seek to answer the following questions: How does reflection on my teaching practice contribute to improving the reading and writing process of seventh grade students, Group one, of the Industrial Technical Institute of the Municipality of Fusagasugá? And How does the creation and implementation of some pedagogical strategies contribute to the improvement of students' reading and writing processes?...
