Description
Summary:Puerto Berrío has been a municipality hit by the armed conflict. As a result of this violence, the dynamics of collecting the bodies found in the Magdalena River arose. It was believed that these bodies could fulfill favors of a spiritual nature. This dynamic is represented in the work "Los elegidos" by Patricia Nieto. The present work focuses on the application of the concepts of totality and infinity, proposed by Emmanuel Lévinas; as well as in the concept of redemption, proposed by Walter Benjamin: it also tries to see how these notions go out of their theoretical character to show a utility in relation to a literary text.
