Summary: | The objective of this project is to design, develop and implement a light sheet illumination system with high capacity for sample processing to perform the drug test in vivo on Zebrafish injected with human glioblastoma. The fundamental contribution in this project is to design and build the illumination system based on techniques that facilitate sampling. The ease of taking images will be reflected in the time to obtain results and better handling of the sample. The design of the system will be carried out in conjunction with a detection system located perpendicularly allowing the system to move around the sample, avoiding as much as possible the manipulation of the sample.--Taken from the Degree Document Format. |
