| Summary: | The project is located on 72nd street between 11th and 13th avenues, in one of the campus' of the "Universidad Pedagógica Nacional (UPN)" . The area is part of the city's financial and commercial district, but, it is in a precarious state, with a public space, densification and border consolidation deficit between the institutional block and the Caracas avenue (north of 72nd street). Therefore, the project is presented as an opportunity for the development of an institutional block by promoting and consolidating 72nd street as a center, generating public space and mixed land usage to promote the connect between the block, its surroundings and the city.--Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado. |
