Description
Summary:In the last ten years it has become necessary to justify the complex problem that Colombia is experiencing in the accomplishment of merit contests established in the constitution. The problem is basically due to: 1) the long duration of the merit competitions; 2) the lack of professionals with interdisciplinary training, who can respond to the functions assigned to the Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, 3) having an organizational model that does not respond to modern management; 4) the delay in response to requests from external users due to lack of staff; 5) procrastination in the contractual procedures to carry out the selection processes. In this context, I would like to analyze from my experience, how the organizational model of the Consejo Superior de la Judicatura could be re-dimensioned to allow decision-making focused on the creation, implementation and consolidation of a Interdisciplinary group that facilitates the development of the Unidad de Administración de la Carrera Judicial under the principles of efficiency, effectiveness and quality in the processes that are developed in order to articulate them to the human talent management of the Judicial Branch, based on a process of Evaluation focused on the development and strengthening of the competencies of judicial officers in accordance with the mission and responsibility assigned to them by the constitution and the law.--Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado.
