The place has a mix of important uses, largely hidden; in this sector there is aso a cultural use that has been growing. In an important block, in Caracas with 76, a film library is proposed, which can show the cultural characteristic of the place and can allow the connection of the flows to the interior of the neighborhood. The cinema project seeks to generate a cultural experience for the city. A cinema library is usually linked to the academic field, the idea is to go beyond. When it connects with the city, it can allow a social and cultural space for Bogotá...En un contexto de renovación urbana por causa del metro elevado en Bogotá, el borde de la avenida Caracas, desde la calle 72 hasta la calle 80, presenta una oportunidad grande. El curso propone trabajar en el borde para responder al metro y además empezar a renovar el sector. El lugar tiene una mezcla de usos importante, gran parte oculta; entre esta está un uso cultural que poco a poco ha ido creciendo. En una manzana importante, en la Caracas con 76, se propone una cinemateca, que evidencie el Carácter cultural y permita la conexión de los flujos al interior del barrio. El proyecto de la cinemateca busca generar una experiencia cultural para la ciudad.
