Due to the above, the relevance of the mechanism will be assimilated, within the novels, as the culmination of a series of relationships that have a certain value within the microcosm created by Gonçalo M. Tavares. Although important parallels are established between the four novels grouped in El Reino, this text places special emphasis on Un hombre: Klaus Klump and La máquina de Joseph Walser. According to the previous reasoning, the reader will find a detailed analysis based mainly on four argumentative axes. The first of them concerned with the thematic and spatial continuity between the author's creations; the second for the function of animals and nature in relation to the other characters...La siguiente tesis busca establecer una posible jerarquía de valores que explique muchas de las acciones y los comportamientos de los personajes marginales que protagonizan la tetralogía de El reino. Por lo anterior, se asimilará la relevancia del mecanismo, dentro de las novelas, como el culmen de una serie de relaciones que poseen una valía determinada dentro del microcosmos creado por Gonçalo M. Tavares. Aunque se establecen importantes paralelos entre las cuatro novelas agrupadas en El reino, este texto hace un especial énfasis en Un hombre: Klaus Klump y La máquina de Joseph Walser. A partir del anterior razonamiento, el lector se encontrará con un minucioso análisis decantado principalmente en cuatro ejes argumentativos.
