With this in mind, the objective happens to be to revitalize the 72nd street from the Caracas Avenue to the 24th Cr., while offering transversality to the intervention, crafting a connection between the core and the periphery of San Felipe and Colombia neighborhoods. In this way, 72nd Street behaves as a frontier between these two neighborhoods. About the project's program, a commercial floor is set up on the first level; on the upper floors, there are housing for an user profile which responds to students and/or roommates, besides some workshops or ateliers that can be rented by external citizens or by the same housing dwellers." -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado."A partir de un análisis de bordes y límites del lugar, se identifica la problemática del sector representada desde dos situaciones: Por un lado, el mal estado del borde del barrio San Felipe y por otro lado, el deterioro de la calle 72 a partir de la Avenida caracas en sentido oriente-occidente. Con esto, se traza como objetivo revitalizar la calle 72 desde la Avenida caracas hasta la carrera 24, brindándole al mismo tiempo transversalidad a la intervención construyendo una conexión entre el núcleo y la periferia de los barrios San Felipe y Colombia; de modo que la calle 72 actúe como una frontera entre estos dos barrios.
