En un mundo donde el aprendizaje se enfoca en la especialización sobre una sola área del conocimiento, el proyecto de grado Generalizing busca redireccionar ese foco y apuntarlo hacia la generalización: expandir el conocimiento a través de múltiples áreas del conocimiento. La mayoría de los descubrimientos y avances alrededor del mundo son hechos por personas que se atreven a coger conocimiento de un área del conocimiento y utilizarlo para crear o resolver problemas en otro: la creatividad nace al mezclar áreas del conocimiento. Este proyecto busca que los usuarios puedan relacionar el conocimiento entre diferentes áreas del conocimiento y que propongan ideas creativas al respecto. De esta forma, se asegura que las asociaciones entre conocimientos se mantengan lúdicas, en vez de rígidas. Esto último es necesario para que nuestro cerebro pueda generar ideas creativas. |
