description Reflejos de piel explora la relación intrínseca entre el cuero, como material noble de la industria de la moda, y el cuerpo humano. A través de un análisis teórico, se desafían los estándares convencionales de belleza y se plantea una nueva perspectiva sobre la belleza, la autenticidad y lo natural. Con base en un estudio sobre el origen, obtención y procesos del cuero, se establece un vínculo conceptual con la piel humana, destacando las similitudes y narrativas que ambos comparten. Esta conexión conduce a cuestionar la obsesión por la perfección que predomina en la sociedad actual, tanto en la industria del cuero como en los cánones de belleza. Mediante un enfoque innovador y crítico, este proyecto propone dar valor y protagonismo a las imperfecciones naturales del cuero, aquellas marcas y características únicas que comúnmente se descartan o intentan ocultarse. A través de una colección de accesorios, se materializan las historias y narrativas que la piel cuenta, desafiando las expectativas convencionales y estableciendo una nueva norma de belleza basada en la individualidad y la autenticidad.

A través de un análisis teórico, se desafían los estándares convencionales de belleza y se plantea una nueva perspectiva sobre la belleza, la autenticidad y lo natural. Con base en un estudio sobre el origen, obtención y procesos del cuero, se establece un vínculo conceptual con la piel humana, destacando las similitudes y narrativas que ambos comparten. Esta conexión conduce a cuestionar la obsesión por la perfección que predomina en la sociedad actual, tanto en la industria del cuero como en los cánones de belleza. Mediante un enfoque innovador y crítico, este proyecto propone dar valor y protagonismo a las imperfecciones naturales del cuero, aquellas marcas y características únicas que comúnmente se descartan o intentan ocultarse.
