Factores que inciden en la selección de modo para dirigirse al aeropuerto en Bogotá: el efecto de las actitudes y las percepciones en la estimación de modelos

In this research, a multinomial logit model (MNL) was calibrated to understand the factors that affect air travelers in their mode choice (public transport, taxi, limousine service or car) to arrive to the airport in Bogotá. Revealed preference (RP) data were collected through a virtual survey administered between June and September 2020 to Bogotá residents who had made an air trip during the last year. First, a model was calibrated with the variables of the mode choice, air travel information and sociodemographic characteristics of the respondents, then 2 additional categorical variables were included in the model that represents: i) the perception of safety in public transport and ii) the attitude of caring for the environment of the respondents.
