Explain the main theories of general positive prevention; iii). Specify the causes that affect the eventual ineffectiveness or ineffectiveness of general positive prevention as an end Of the penalty in Colombia." -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado."La presente investigación pretende identificar cuáles son los principales factores por los que la prevención general positiva - que significa lograr el cumplimiento y la vigencia de la norma- no opera en Colombia y, en el evento que no mar así, mediante un estudio crítico se Buscará encontrar las causas que imposibilitan esto, para brindar posibles soluciones al problema.
