Description
Summary:The search for the concept of embrace to replace the negative collision between the city and the metro leads to a project that materializes the concept architecturally. In the project raises a system that is replicable and dockable to different places in the city where the subway station is raised, to improve the arrival of this to the city and avoid the collision between the two, turning it into the action of embracing avoiding the shock and turning it into something softer and more comfortable for the city and pleasant for the user. The system is composed of the elevated station of the metro, connected to a transmilenio station below it, (depending on the need of the place in the city) that is linked, by means of a bridge with a bar of commerce below, with a public platform that has a tower above (depending on the need of the place in the city, could become a bar or have lower height) and a building of public function below (its use would also depend on the need for location) in this case , a library with auditorium and commerce that constitutes a complex of apartments for people with small families or young people who look for the ease of transportation; and finally a square that is embraced by all the other elements that organize and distribute the activities and flows of public space.
