En este texto estudiamos un tipo de matroides llamadas "matroides de caminos reticulares". Este tipo de matroides poseen algunas características que permite entender algunos conceptos relacionados con matroides de manera gráfica. En particular, nos interesan los cocientes de matroides, una construcción que generaliza las operaciones de cocientes de espacios vectoriales. Uno de los principales aportes de este trabajo es una caracterización de los cocientes de las matroides de Schubert.
