Summary:For U S.A.S is a technology company which oversees the managing and execution of its mobile application called For U. This app itþs an innovation in the way in which university students at Universidad de los Andes take carpool as it is transportation in their way to the institution. The main function of the app consists of connecting drivers and passengers in a quick and easy way, but at they same time maintaining the benefits from the actual carpooling system at the university. With the intention of developing the project there were some studies related with market, offer, demand, marketing strategies, differentiation, and financial plan in order to look up the feasibility. Along the document we mention which are the strengths of the app and the brand itself, and why this project got a solid basis to be a market leader in this category. However, the projects do not consist of how to execute the mobile app, it also finds out how to develop a sustainable company in the long term. Through organizational design strategies, it was possible to develop a future plan on how the company will evolve once the initial product arrives to the market, until a possible expansion. All these studies are with the goal of positioning the brand as a technology company in the Colombian universities around the country.
