It is remarkable to say that this part of the city has a plenty of educational, commercial and business centres, that's why this area holds a great potential that fits perfectly with propose of the project. The general idea of this project arises from the previous observation and identification of the main urban problems and needs of the area. In order to create a project able to solve these issues, the proposal of a sport centre linked to the highline project seems to be quite reasonable.
