Este proyecto explora la naturaleza de los sueños, esos enigmas oníricos que nos transportan a mundos surrealistas. La investigación comienza con una reflexión sobre la realidad onírica y la posibilidad de la lucidez dentro de los sueños, planteando interrogantes sobre su origen y significado. A continuación, se profundiza en la ciencia de los sueños lúcidos, esas experiencias donde somos conscientes de estar soñando, y las técnicas para inducirlos. Se analiza la conexión entre la imaginación y la lucidez onírica, y cómo las memorias oníricas influyen en las emociones que se viven en los sueños, creando un puente entre el presente y las experiencias previas del individuo. La autora describe su viaje creativo, detallando las técnicas y herramientas utilizadas para dar forma a su proyecto. Se destaca la importancia del lenguaje visual y las vivencias emocionales como guías del proceso, con el objetivo de crear una experiencia artística que invite al participante a la contemplación y al encanto onírico. El resultado es una propuesta innovadora que invita al espectador a sumergirse en un espacio de ensueño y reflexión, donde podrá explorar los enigmas del universo onírico y compartir la experiencia de la autora. |
