As a means of regulation, the law requires that, all business groups available, these must be registered before the mercantile registry with the end of being able to monitor that comply with the Law requirement Among these requirements imposed by law on business groups is to make public, through the registry, the controlling company or parent company. The registration of the business groups - in order to know the control of the matrix - is important because it becomes a mechanism by which the creditors of the companies of the group can inform themselves about the relations of subordination existing in the matrix.
