Here we present the dynamical study of the DM where the coupling parameter follows a triangular dependance with time. We show that the change in estatistic of the ground state fidelity and the appearance of finite occupation for cases values of the coupling parameter implies the apperance of the ESQPT in the dynamic model"La reciente realización experimental del modelo de Dicke con un parámetro de acople, ha conducido a el estudio de propiedades dinámicas presentes en el modelo de interacción radiación-materia. Aunque ya se han reportado investigaciones del modelo fuera del equilibrio, una nueva transición de fase conocida como transición de fase de estados excitados no ha sido estudiada previamente.
