To develop the project, the building allowed a CLAN ( Local Center of arts for the chilhood and youth) so it became the piece that articulates and strengthens the new cultural and educative axis." -- Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado."Este trabajo parte de la respuesta que va a realizar la ciudad de Bogotá y en especial la Avenida Caracas, frente a la aparición del nuevo metro elevado. Específicamente, el proyecto es un edificio que se sitúa en la calle 65 y que conecta la ciudad de oriente a occidente por medio de un eje cultural y educativo que une el parque público El Lago con los cerros orientales.
