El sentir del borde se define como un único recorrido que integra las diferentes escalas que lo rodean: la metropolitana y la barrial. Se convierte en un espacio vivo y transformador ENTRE el humedal, la franja institucional y deportiva, y Ciudad Bachué. Modificar el terreno y el recorrido existente a través de la integración de caminos y rampas permite que los habitantes se conecten con el lugar de una manera nueva. Las diferentes perforaciones, retrocesos y apilamientos generan conexiones visuales continuas con el humedal y la ciudad, aludiendo a que cada espacio es un conector significativo. Para preservar la memoria del sitio, la vivienda se ubica en altura, mientras que en el primer piso se disponen locales comerciales de escala barrial, respetando las huellas del pasado. Teniendo en cuenta que el cuerpo natural no le pertenece únicamente al barrio, sino a la ciudad, se incorpora otro módulo de comercio con un espacio público más amplio que invita y construye el camino hacia el futuro, conectando todo el proyecto de una forma armónica. El proyecto se convierte en su totalidad en un borde que invita al encuentro: un espacio donde lo natural, lo construido, el pasado y el futuro se mezclan para dar vida a experiencias sensoriales y significativas para quienes lo habitan. |
