La evaluación bioclimática en vivienda VIS : un avance hacia la calidad de la vivienda social en Colombia : caso de estudio Bogotá, Colombia

To the present, the actual state of comfort within the housing is unknown, both in the existing houses and in the housing, that have recently been built. Considering the previous problem, the research focuses on the deficit of housing comfort and the quality of social housing in Colombia, taking as reference the relationship between individuals and the surrounding environmental conditions, since the latter is a determiner factor - of comfort in the habited space, and if it is not possible to solve, it affects directly people quality of life; In other words, a quality home must be determined inter alia by comfortable interior conditions, where external factors such as temperature, humidity, solar radiation and air movement (5) can be controlled according to a balanced relationship under Conditions of a determinated environment. During the investigation, the conditions of optimum comfort were analyzed through the international standard ASHRAE (stands for the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Engineering Engineers), which establishes minimum requirements for comfort and environmental quality in the built space. The analysis carried out in the research was able to define the current state of comfort within the dwelling, define the shortcomings of the "product" and reflect on the processes and the development of current social housing projects, as a relevant scenario of Management and planning, to propose improvements in the strategies of housing development, and in this way guarantees a high index in the quality of the internal environmental conditions of the space habited by the users.--Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado.
