ITG's Learning Hub is designed to revolutionize analytics by streamlining and automating key processes to deliver frequent, actionable insights for enhanced decision-making. However, despite its innovative potential, the platform lacked the appeal necessary for broader commercialization. To address this, we did a rigorous investigation and analysis of key factors, including competitors, global trends, and target audience insights, that guided the development of a strong brand identity and creative positioning ideas. This comprehensive approach enabled us to establish a clear competitive edge and position the Learning Hub as an accessible and differentiated solution for users with and without deep data analytics expertise.
