Summary:This project aimed to transform ITG’s Learning Hub into a market-ready product that can be successfully commercialized and open a new sales channel in the data analytics market, through an automated, personalized, and innovative user experience. ITG's Learning Hub is designed to revolutionize analytics by streamlining and automating key processes to deliver frequent, actionable insights for enhanced decision-making. However, despite its innovative potential, the platform lacked the appeal necessary for broader commercialization. To address this, we did a rigorous investigation and analysis of key factors, including competitors, global trends, and target audience insights, that guided the development of a strong brand identity and creative positioning ideas. This comprehensive approach enabled us to establish a clear competitive edge and position the Learning Hub as an accessible and differentiated solution for users with and without deep data analytics expertise.
