Description
Summary:This project aims to design a device able to modify the energy consumption pattern of a 3 people family located in Bogotá, Colombia. For achieving this goal, a 3 phase HEMS device was designed. The first phase uses neural networks for prediting energy consumption and climate conditions. The second phase, solves an optimization problem for knowing when the shiftable loads must operare. The third phase, uses an MPC for executing actions in the home.--Taken from the Degree Document Format.
