Throughout the project, two types of transformations that occur in cities were referenced, some are transformations caused by natural events and others are transformations caused by human interventions. In this case, the natural transformations are the events that occur as a result of the dynamics of the market places, since human relationships are inevitable events, and the transformation of the proposal is an urban intervention. The Alameda neighbourhood is the place chosen for the development of the proposal. The neighbourhood activities and life revolves around the market square, called La Galería Alameda, which is located in this sector due to its connection with three main streets of the city. The Galeria Alameda building is the mixture of different architectures...El proyecto surge a partir del concepto de la transformación. La transformación son los cambios constantes, la transformación se ve reflejada sobre todas las cosas, la transformación es el cambio de la materia y la transformación es el pasar del tiempo. A lo largo del proyecto se diferenció dos tipos de transformaciones que se dan en las ciudades, unas son las transformaciones causadas por eventos naturales y otras son transformaciones causadas por intervenciones del hombre. En este caso las transformaciones naturales son los hechos que se dan a raíz de las dinámicas de las plazas de mercado, pues las relaciones humanas son eventos inevitables, y la transformación de la propuesta es la intervención de tipo urbana. El barrio Alameda es el lugar elegido para el desarrollo de la propuesta.
