ÅDe qué manera puede la arquitectura rehabilitar y reactivar un lugar partiendo de los elementos históricos que le daban valor?

The project revolves around the future metro of Bogota and I chose a block that in addition to being deteriorated, is expected to be one of the descents from the elevated metro. In the project there are two office buildings and one housing development, the first floors are commercial buildings, which correspond to the commercial character of the carrera 13 and the activity that will bring the metro to the area, generating a square that would serve for fairs and would become a meeting point. On a larger scale, it is considered the recovery of the Las Delicias ravine that rises from the hills and because of its layout, it could be a green connector between the hills and the Salitre park that are two important green lungs of the city (this ravine was already Recovered at the height of the Bosque Calderón neighborhood and is currently one of the best water sources in the city).--Tomado del Formato de Documento de Grado.
