The purpose of this project is to carry out an analysis that allows a qualitative and approximate way to determine how the seismic behavior of construction projects with industrialized walls in Bogotá. In addition, find representative projects of the city of Bogota for future studies. For this, information from different design offices of the city will be collected and a summary of the project variables will be generated. Then, a study of these variables will be done to see which projects have the most common characteristics and thus to select the representative group...Actualmente en Colombia la utilización de muros estructurales industrializados ha estado en aumento. Esto se debe a todos los beneficios económicos que estos traen a los constructores e inversionistas. Sin embargo, en los últimos sismos presentados alrededor del mundo Chile en 2010 y Nueva Zelanda 2011 han dejado en evidencia una serie de fallas en las edificaciones que utilizan los muros como sistema estructural. El propósito de este proyecto es realizar un análisis que permita de manera cualitativa y aproximada determinar cómo podrá ser el comportamiento sísmico de proyectos de edificaciones con muros industrializados en Bogotá. Además, encontrar proyectos representativos de la ciudad de Bogotá para futuros estudios. Para esto se recopilará información de diferentes oficinas de diseño de la ciudad y se generará un resumen de las variables de los proyectos.
