Su motivación surge ante la creciente necesidad de soluciones de red ágiles y seguras en entornos académicos, que enfrentan desafíos en eficiencia operativa y defensa contra ciber amenazas. La propuesta busca replicar una topología de red compleja similar a la de una institución educativa, con componentes clave como firewalls, VLANs y políticas de tráfico, para demostrar cómo la infraestructura como código facilita la gestión de redes avanzadas. Los resultados obtenidos comprueban la eficacia del modelo en su implementación en la nube, mejorando la seguridad y escalabilidad con costos optimizados.
