They have different characteristics which create contrast and duality in the techinique as well as in the concepts. Monochrome in this work is glossy and almost reflective. It represents how the industrial world is very synthetic and artificial. On the other hand, the skies represent the ephemeral and organic. When the monochrome and the fragments of the sky are together they create a third element, la línea. This new element occurs between the monochrome and the skies and creates a duality between them. La línea, only exists if the other two do.El proyecto Uno más uno, tres consiste en una serie de pinturas de mediano formato. Las obras parten de dos elementos, el monocromo y fragmentos de cielo. Cada uno cuenta con características diferentes, creando contrastes y dualidades técnicas y conceptuales en el mismo espacio pictórico. El monocromo es un color plano, brillante y representa lo sintético del mundo industrial y artificial, mientras que los fragmentos de cielo son reinterpretaciones de lo efímero, lo orgánico y lo aparentemente cambiante. Al estar juntos estos dos elementos se crea un tercero, la línea, que solo logra existir a partir de los otros.
