Identificar y caracterizar las variables relacionadas con la monoterapia oral, determinando si la adherencia y atención por psicología se encuentran registradas en las historias clínicas en un hospital de cuarto nivel de Bogotá - Colombia. Se realizó un estudio observacional retrospectivo, se incluyeron pacientes adultos mayores de 18 años que recibieron monoterapia oral durante el primer semestre de 2022 en una institución de IV nivel. Se revisaron las historias clínicas tomando variables sociodemográficas, asociadas al tratamiento con monoterapia oral y psicológicas en donde se buscó la determinación de adherencia.

Adherence to treatment represents optimal therapeutic outcomes, however, data on psychological care or factors related to adherence to oral monotherapy described in the medical record are limited.
