En un mundo globalizado, es crucial mantenernos informados y participar activamente en la toma de decisiones conscientes. Sin embargo, en el sector legal existen brechas significativas entre las personas y el derecho, debido a formalismos y tecnicismos que dificultan la comprensión de los actos jurídicos por parte de los usuarios finales. Esto es especialmente visible en contratos mercantiles. Pero el Legal Design se presenta como una solución para rediseñar documentos legales y atender las necesidades de los usuarios. Por lo cual, este escrito defiende que la metodología del Legal Design Thinking (LDT) optimiza la elaboración de contratos mercantiles, mejorando su comprensión sin afectar su validez legal. |
