El objetivo general del presente trabajo consiste en determinar la percepción del clima de aprendizaje de los estudiantes de medicina interna de 4 universidades que rotan en un hospital universitario; para ellos es importante entender el clima de aprendizaje del estudiante, dado a que esta información obtenida a través de cuestionarios, entrevistas y grupos de discusión, puede utilizarse para reforzar los puntos fuertes y hacer atender las debilidades de la institución o asignatura; por tal motivo; surge nuestra pregunta de investigación. ¿Cuál es la percepción del clima de aprendizaje del estudiante de medicina interna de 4 universidades que rotan en el Hospital Universitario Santa clara? La metodología empleada fue a través de la aplicación encuesta Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure (DREEM) a estudiantes de pregrado de las instituciones Pontificia Universidad javeriana, Universidad de la Sabana, Universidad El Bosque y Universidad Antonio Nariño, que cursaban su rotación clínica en el servicio de medicina interna en el Hospital Universitario Santa Clara en el primer semestre del año 2024. Durante el primer semestre se realizó un pilotaje que busca probar en menor escala aspectos importantes y medibles que hace parte de la ejecución de la investigación, analizando 16 cuestionarios respondidos por estudiantes de pregrado de medicina de las diferentes universidades. Los resultados de este apuntaron que el clima de aprendizaje durante la rotación clínica en el hospital Universitario es Excelente y nos permitió recomendar evaluar clima de aprendizaje de manera continua para obtener excelentes resultados de aprendizajes en los estudiantes en nuestro caso, de pregrado de medicina interna |

The methodology used was through the application of the Dundee Ready Educational Environment Measure (DREEM) survey to undergraduate students of the institutions Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Universidad de la Sabana, Universidad El Bosque and Universidad Antonio Nariño, who were doing their clinical rotation in the internal medicine service at the Hospital Universitario Santa Clara in the first semester of the year 2024. During the first semester, a pilot test was carried out in order to test on a smaller scale important and measurable aspects that are part of the execution of the research, analyzing 16 questionnaires answered by undergraduate medical students from the different universities.
