Los Non Fungible Token (en adelante y por sus siglas en inglés NFT) son el ejemplo de que los productos que se comercializan actualmente están compuestos de características que no se tuvieron en cuenta a la hora de hacer la legislación comercial y de consumo, ni sus derechos. Como resultado, la normativa colombiana presenta la necesidad de moldearse a los avances tecnológicos que se van generando en el mundo digital para proteger a los consumidores. El presente pretende realizar un primer acercamiento respecto a las figuras de retracto y reversión, derechos que surgen a partir de la enajenación de productos entre consumidores, productores y proveedores, realizando un análisis investigativo el cual contemple la posibilidad del consumidor de ejecutar estos derechos a la hora de adquirir un NFT. |
