description El uso de opioides ha estado incrementado durante los últimos años, al igual que las tasas de adicción por trastornos por consumo de opioides (TCO) y sobredosis a causa de estos; es por esto que se busca identificar aquellos factores predictores de la adicción a opioides al igual que las escalas que permiten medir este riesgo. Métodos: Se realizó una revisión sistemática en las bases de datos Elsevier, Scopus y PubMed para hacer la recopilación de información cualitativa y cuantitativa (odds ratio) que permitiera reconocer los factores y su grado de incidencia. Resultados: Se identificó que los factores psiquiátricos corresponden a los factores más incidentes frente al TCO, al igual que el consumo previo de sustancias, principalmente opioides, presentar diagnósticos previos especialmente relacionados con patologías de alto dolor como el cáncer, y el uso de opioides postquirúrgico. Conclusiones: Se identificó que el factor de riesgo con mayor prevalencia es la presencia de enfermedades psiquiátricas, como la depresión, pero también se destacan factores como el uso concomitante de sustancias o diagnóstico de cáncer, los cuales aumentan el riesgo de generar TCO. Igualmente, se destacan las escalas COMM y SOAPP-R para la medición de este riego por su alta sensibilidad y efectividad.

Métodos: Se realizó una revisión sistemática en las bases de datos Elsevier, Scopus y PubMed para hacer la recopilación de información cualitativa y cuantitativa (odds ratio) que permitiera reconocer los factores y su grado de incidencia. Resultados: Se identificó que los factores psiquiátricos corresponden a los factores más incidentes frente al TCO, al igual que el consumo previo de sustancias, principalmente opioides, presentar diagnósticos previos especialmente relacionados con patologías de alto dolor como el cáncer, y el uso de opioides postquirúrgico. Conclusiones: Se identificó que el factor de riesgo con mayor prevalencia es la presencia de enfermedades psiquiátricas, como la depresión, pero también se destacan factores como el uso concomitante de sustancias o diagnóstico de cáncer, los cuales aumentan el riesgo de generar TCO. Igualmente, se destacan las escalas COMM y SOAPP-R para la medición de este riego por su alta sensibilidad y efectividad.PregradoQuímico FarmacéuticoThe use of opioids has been increasing in recent years, as have the rates of opioid use disorder (OUD) addiction and opioid overdose; therefore, we sought to identify predictors of opioid addiction as well as scales to measure this risk. Methods: A systematic review was carried out in the Elsevier, Scopus and PubMed databases to compile qualitative and quantitative information (odds ratio) that would allow us to recognize the factors and their degree of incidence. Results: It was identified that psychiatric factors correspond to the most incident factors against OCT, as well as previous consumption of substances, mainly opioids, presenting previous diagnoses especially related to high pain pathologies such as cancer, and the use of opioids post-surgery. Conclusions: It was identified that the risk factor with the highest prevalence is the presence of psychiatric diseases, such as depression, but factors such as concomitant substance use or cancer diagnosis also stand out, which increase the risk of generating OCT.
