La identidad cultural nacional colombiana, es una riqueza que emerge de las tradiciones y el patrimonio; aún discreta y poco aprovechada por muchos de los colombianos. Raíz, es un colectivo de tradiciones, que permite el conocimiento y aprovechamiento de la cultura y sus prácticas. Por medio del uso de las nuevas tecnologías (TICS), y el diseño de experiencias a través del turismo cultural, Raíz se desenvuelve, para generar un servicio que no so/o ayude a las comunidades culturales a compartir sus saberes, sino también a enriquecer la identidad cultural de cualquier usuario. Para el desarrollo de éste servicio se realizó un plan piloto, en la comunidad Kurawaka, ubicada en Tabio, el cual es replicable a cualquier tipo de comunidad nacional; basándose en la metodología del design thinking, se realizaron procesos de investigación cualitativa, en la cual se evidenciaron: procesos de co-creación, elementos de identidad cultural, contextos y aliados pertinentes. Raíz, se desarrolla dentro de una plataforma, principal, que permite a /os usuarios, tanto usuarios como a las comunidades, acceder a servicios de desarrollo e innovación cultural. Por medio del acceso a la cultura de manera tan oportuna y viable, el proyecto genera un impacto cultural y económico positivo, generando oportunidades a comunidades y acceso a nuevos servicios dentro del mercado del turismo. |

Root, is a collective of traditions, which allows the knowledge and use of culture and its practices. Through the use of new technologies (ICTs), and the design of experiences through cultural tourism, Raíz develops, to generate a service that does not help the cultural communities to share their knowledge, but also to enrich the cultural identity of any user. For the development of this service, a pilot plan was carried out in the Kurawaka community, located in Tabio, which is replicable to any type of national community; Based on the design thinking methodology, qualitative research processes were carried out, which revealed: co-creation processes, elements of cultural identity, contexts and relevant allies.
