Objetivo: caracterizar la salud mental y su asociación con determinantes sociales en adolescentes migrantes escolarizados habitantes en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C. Métodos: Consiste en un estudio cuantitativo descriptivo, de corte transversal. Incluyó una muestra de 211 por jóvenes migrantes escolarizados, entre las edades de 12 a 18 años, matriculados en un colegio de la localidad de Bosa, de la Ciudad de Bogotá D.C, a los que se les aplicó una encuesta auto-diseñada y validada por expertos. Se adelantó un análisis univariado, bivariado y un componente correlacional. Los datos fueron procesados y analizados en el software estadístico Jamovi, versión 2.3.28. El estudio contó con aprobación ética. Resultados: Los resultados identificaron perfiles con niveles significativos de ansiedad, depresión y dificultades de adaptación, estos problemas de salud mental se asociaron a determinantes sociales como vivienda precaria, inseguridad en el entorno y experiencias de discriminación. Los hallazgos revelan la vulnerabilidad de esta población y la necesidad de abordar integralmente los factores sociales que impactan su bienestar psicológico. Conclusiones: se requieren estrategias intersectoriales que atiendan los determinantes sociales de la salud mental de los jóvenes migrantes, a fin de facilitar su integración y garantizar el acceso oportuno a servicios de apoyo psicosocial. Esto es fundamental para promover el desarrollo integral y la calidad de vida de esta población en situación de migración.

Objetivo: caracterizar la salud mental y su asociación con determinantes sociales en adolescentes migrantes escolarizados habitantes en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C. Métodos: Consiste en un estudio cuantitativo descriptivo, de corte transversal. Incluyó una muestra de 211 por jóvenes migrantes escolarizados, entre las edades de 12 a 18 años, matriculados en un colegio de la localidad de Bosa, de la Ciudad de Bogotá D.C, a los que se les aplicó una encuesta auto-diseñada y validada por expertos. Se adelantó un análisis univariado, bivariado y un componente correlacional. Los datos fueron procesados y analizados en el software estadístico Jamovi, versión 2.3.28. El estudio contó con aprobación ética. Resultados: Los resultados identificaron perfiles con niveles significativos de ansiedad, depresión y dificultades de adaptación, estos problemas de salud mental se asociaron a determinantes sociales como vivienda precaria, inseguridad en el entorno y experiencias de discriminación. Los hallazgos revelan la vulnerabilidad de esta población y la necesidad de abordar integralmente los factores sociales que impactan su bienestar psicológico. Conclusiones: se requieren estrategias intersectoriales que atiendan los determinantes sociales de la salud mental de los jóvenes migrantes, a fin de facilitar su integración y garantizar el acceso oportuno a servicios de apoyo psicosocial.
