description Humans have cognitive and motor abilities that change throughout their life, with a natural decline in old age. To counteract this phenomenon, cognitive-motor training programs have been developed, which seek to maintain and improve these skills, as well as prevent neurodegenerative diseases. This study explores the training of cognitive functions in older people using the MotoTiles system, using a 2x2 design and a sample of 51 participants without sensory difficulties or disabling diseases. Ten 60-minute sessions will be carried out each week. The results indicate that the training slightly improved cognitive functions and kept them stable two to three months post-intervention, suggesting that MotoTiles may be useful to improve or maintain cognitive functioning in older people.
