El carcinoma escamocelular de pene (PSCC) es una malignidad agresiva en donde se ha demostrado que el compromiso ganglionar es el factor pronóstico más importante para predecir supervivencia global (OS) y supervivencia libre de recaída (RFS). En la última década ha surgido el Logaritmo ODDS (LODDS) cómo una herramienta importante para predecir OS y RFS. Se busca definir la utilidad de LODDS cómo herramienta pronóstica en pacientes con PSCC. Estudio retrospectivo que incluyó pacientes con PSCC y compromiso ganglionar, sometidos a linfadenectomía inguinal (ILND) entre el 2007-2021 en el Instituto Nacional de Cancerología. Se incluyeron pacientes ≥18 años, sin otra variante histológica y sin evidencia de enfermedad metastásica. Se realizó análisis de supervivencia para predecir OS y la RFS. |

In the last decade, the Log Odds (LODDS) has emerged as an important tool for predicting OS and RFS. The aim is to define the utility of LODDS as a prognostic tool in patients with PSCC. Methods. This is a retrospective and analytical study that included PSCC patients with nodal involvement who underwent inguinal lymphadenectomy (ILND) between 2007-2021 at our institution. Patients ≥18 years, without other histological variants, and without evidence of metastatic disease were included. Survival analysis was performed to predict OS and RFS.
