Se busca definir la utilidad de LODDS cómo herramienta pronóstica en pacientes con PSCC. Estudio retrospectivo que incluyó pacientes con PSCC y compromiso ganglionar, sometidos a linfadenectomía inguinal (ILND) entre el 2007-2021 en el Instituto Nacional de Cancerología. Se incluyeron pacientes ≥18 años, sin otra variante histológica y sin evidencia de enfermedad metastásica. Se realizó análisis de supervivencia para predecir OS y la RFS.

This is a retrospective and analytical study that included PSCC patients with nodal involvement who underwent inguinal lymphadenectomy (ILND) between 2007-2021 at our institution.
