Este proyecto investigativo y experimental tiene como fin encontrar un mecanismo que logre manifestar de manera verosímil la emoción, quitando bloqueos corporales y emocionales para llegar a expresar de modo libre y verdadero cada una de las emociones que el cuerpo de una persona contiene. Se trató de indagar en situaciones que detonen algunos problemas emocionales y demostrar la forma en que ésto repercute en el cuerpo de cada uno de los seres humanos. Para ello se realizaron algunas sesiones virtuales con personas actrices y no actrices, utilizando técnicas teatrales de Augusto Boal y su libro Juego para actores y no actores, de igual forma se tendrán como referentes dos psicólogos expertos en las emociones, Albert Ellis y su libro Teoría y práctica de la terapia racional emotivo-conductual y Daniel Goleman con la Inteligencia emocional. Todo parte de un estudio personal, acerca de ciertas dificultades que encontraba a la hora de actuar en el escenario y la forma en la que no lograba expresar verosímilmente las emociones. A partir de esta inquietud, nace la necesidad de encontrar qué aspectos impedían actuar de manera sincera las emociones personales y descubrir un mecanismo teatral sencillo para expresarlas libremente a nivel personal y en cada individuo, tanto en la actuación como en la vida diaria. The aim was to investigate situations that trigger some emotional problems and demonstrate how this affects the body of each human being. For this purpose, some virtual sessions were carried out with actresses and non-actresses, using theatrical techniques of Augusto Boal and his book Game for Actors and Non-Actors. Likewise, two psychologists who are experts in emotions, Albert Ellis and his book Theory and Practice of Rational Emotive-Behavioral Therapy and Daniel Goleman with Emotional Intelligence, will be used as references. All of this is based on a personal study, about certain difficulties he found when acting on stage and the way in which he was unable to credibly express his emotions.
