Se enmarca en la Investigación Acción Pedagógica (IA-P) como una variante de la IAE (Investigación Acción Educativa) que se enfoca en las propias prácticas pedagógicas, como un lugar de reflexión en el que es posible poner en tensión las relaciones entre niñez, política, escuela, prácticas pedagógicas y hegemonía.
