Diseño de una herramienta de información y comunicación con enfoque de derechos, para las familias de personas en condición de discapacidad

The interaction and communication in families of people with disabilities is fundamental. This can be possible through digital means that provide the possibility of information, relationship and criteria exchange against concepts and needs of the differential population. The development of means that offer the possibility of improvement by unifying criteria against the needs of this population based on their rights and social duties. Design a communication tool that disseminates and strengthens the information and interaction in families of people with disabilities. Through diverse bibliographical sources and the indignation of conditions in the families of people with disabilities, certain needs were identified, and from there a website was designed as an inclusion and utility information tool for this population and their families. Results: the product of this work is the design of a Web tool that provides information and communication for families of people in differential condition. It was necessary to design a website due to the lack of information found in the different blogs and websites regarding the rights of people with disabilities, current supports and services these people can access. It is possible to conclude that this is a means and a source of information where families and persons with disabilities can access to resolve doubts and concerns. The web page is designed with a language of easy understanding, easy access and navigation to meet information needs on this type of population. The results of this research will be defined after the accomplishment of a pilot test that will be carried out with the continuity of this project; Furthermore, it is expected to be compared with other blogs or web pages related to information provided for people and families with disabilities. Other national digital and web sites are taken as a point of comparison.
