La rotura espontánea de un segmento del catéter es una complicación mecánica infrecuente, que suele diagnosticarse tardíamente y presentar complicaciones. Presentamos un caso de rotura espontánea de un catéter de quimioterapia diagnosticado mediante un novedoso abordaje a través de proyecciones oblicuas en radiografías de tórax y extraído con éxito mediante un abordaje endovascular. |
