Es una empresa colombiana orientada a ofrecer soluciones para las necesidades analíticas, a través del suministro de equipos, reactivos y consumibles para laboratorios en industrias e instituciones académicas. ¿Qué problema se ha detectado? A nivel interno surge la necesidad de automatizar los procesos del área comercial y logística, debido al crecimiento de la empresa, el incremento en flujo de clientes a nivel nacional y las alternativas de inclusión de nuevas marcas a representar. ¿En qué consiste el proyecto? Para dar solución a esta necesidad, se requiere previamente conocer la interacción de los procesos misionales que intervienen en el funcionamiento de la empresa a fin de materializar el objetivo de esta etapa. Se llevará a cabo el levantamiento de información del proceso Comercial/ Logístico y un mapa de proceso que facilita conocer su interacción. Adicionalmente, una vez concluido el proceso de documentación, se elaborará una propuesta de valor agregado, que consiste en sugerir una herramienta de automatización de los procesos de valor agregado, que consiste en sugerir una herramienta de automatización de los procesos estandarizados y una metodología para la certificación en la norma de gestión de calidad ISO 9001:2015. |
