Propósito: El propósito de este artículo es establecer ¿Cuál es la relación del Big Data y los Sistemas Ciberfísicos (CPS) con la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial (RSE)?, por lo tanto, se determinó la relación entre el Big Data y los CPS. Diseño/ metodología/ enfoque: En el presente estudio los autores realizaron una revisión documental sistemática. Se seleccionaron manualmente 35 artículos extraídos de las bases de datos Scopus, ScienceDirect y Google Scholar, entre el 2010 y 2020. Hallazgos: La revisión permitió determinar que estas tecnologías fortalecen la RSE, mejorando la gestión sostenible, la mejor compresión de los fenómenos sociales que rodean a la empresa y la mejor gestión y control en los procesos internos. Limitaciones/Implicaciones de la investigación: Los hallazgos de la presente investigación sugieren que el Big Data y los CPS pueden apoyar intervenciones enfocadas en los beneficios que la aplicación de estas tecnologías puede tener en la RSE, permitiendo a las empresas apuntar a un equilibrio para lograr un beneficio económico, social y ambiental. |

Design/ methodology/ approach: In the present study, the authors used as an instrument a systematic documentary review. Thirty-five articles were manually selected from the Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar databases between 2010 and 2020. Findings: The review allowed determining that these technologies strengthen the CSR, improving the sustainable management, the better understanding of the social phenomena that surround the company and the better management and control in the internal processes.
