Summary: | Education as a universal right applies in all stages of life and as a right that corresponds to the need and the context, this work is proposed that seeks to develop a didactic sequence for unschooled adults in entrepreneurship programs in the municipality of Florida. Valle del Cauca, in this research the entrepreneurship programs offered during the period 2020-2022 are observed and characterized, the perceptions of students regarding the teaching and learning processes are analyzed; under the methodology with a qualitative approach, of a descriptive exploratory type, using techniques such as observation, survey (annex 1) and interview (annex 2). Based on the results, a didactic sequence was proposed planned from the perspective of andragogy and learning spiral with which it allows entrepreneurs to strengthen their businesses and increase their personal capabilities, generating the sustainability and durability of the businesses in their territory and thus make an impact on society. |
