La investigación consiste en realizar una propuesta para el mejoramiento en los sistemas de salud ocupacional y ambiental en el área de enchapado en oro de la Joyería LAPIZLAZULI. Esta investigación se desarrolló mediante varias actividades y metodologías en 2 pasos, en el primer paso llamado fase diagnóstica, se utilizaron encuestas de percepción de seguridad y salud ocupacional, evaluación de acuerdo con la Resolución 1111 del 2017 (estándares mínimos del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para empleadores y contratantes), Decreto 1443 del 2014 (Disposiciones para la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo), Resolución 1362 de 2007 ( Establecen los requisitos y el procedimiento para el registro de generadores de residuos o desechos peligrosos) y el Decreto 4741 del 2005 ( Reglamenta parcialmente la prevención y manejo de los residuos o desechos peligrosos generados en el marco de la gestión integral) con el fin de observar y analizar los riesgos asociados a la salud y el medio ambiente presente en la Joyería LAPIZLAZULI. Los resultados de esta fase diagnóstica, mostraron que se debe implementar un plan adecuado de gestión en salud ocupacional y ambiental en el área de enchapado en oro, elaborando una proyección de avances en la estructuración de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Por tanto, el objetivo primordial de esta investigación como paso 2, es el mejoramiento del plan de gestión de salud ocupacional y ambiental utilizando como herramienta la aplicación del ciclo del Planear, Hacer, Verificar y Actuar (PHVA) del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional y Ambiental, definiendo los resultados que logren garantizar la implementación de acciones para llegar a caracterizar de forma clara y concisa el proceso de acondicionamiento y habilitación de salud, seguridad laboral y gestión ambiental de la empresa LAPIZLAZULI. |
