En este trabajo se busca entender las diferentes áreas de una empresa y como esta se desempeña, como por ejemplo, el marketing, las operaciones, la gestión económica/financiera y los recursos humanos; todos estos trabajando en un mismo entorno con objetivos en común para generar competitividad en el mercado. El diplomado se realizó en un simulador cuyo nombre es “Business Global” en el cual se enfatiza la toma de decisiones gerenciales para una empresa específica a partir de ciertos parámetros como la producción, los precios, valor de marca, ingresos totales y netos, resultados y balance financieros, entre otros; con el fin de posicionar la empresa en el mercado internacional, y entender el crecimiento de esta mediante las decisiones realizadas. |

The diplomat was done in a simulator called “Business Global” where the main functions are management decision making of specific parameters including company production, prices brand, revenue, results and balance, valuation and more, with the goal of positioning the company in the international market.
