Summary: | The article is centered in the perception of Bogotá’s inhabitants about Public Space. This perception is developed in accordance with individual necessities, social and economical backgrounds, territorial notions, norms knowledge and even a mobility scale (neighborhood, locality and city) of the population. The author reviews actual problems and paradigms, and proposes guide lines for the public space appropriation improvement by the citizens, and the achievement of consciousness that public space is a communal good. |
